Program description
The Comfortable Home Living SMS Program sends two separate, optional message types: account notifications related to your subscription, and recurring marketing messages with seasonal HVAC maintenance reminders, air filter replacement reminders, indoor comfort tips, featured website resources, and updates about new guides and checklists. Comfortable Home Living is not a contractor, installer, repair company, or HVAC service provider and does not perform, dispatch, supervise, guarantee, or warrant any home improvement or HVAC work.

- Account notifications: message frequency varies based on account activity.
- Marketing messages: message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.
Opt-in method
You opt in by checking an unchecked SMS consent box for Account Notifications or Marketing on our contact page, providing your phone number, and submitting the form. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.
First message
After opting in, you receive a confirmation such as: "Comfortable Home Living: You're subscribed to HVAC Maintenance Reminders and Indoor Comfort Tips. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Account notifications: frequency varies based on account activity. Marketing: frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP instructions
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "Comfortable Home Living: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe." No further messages are sent unless you opt in again.
